Test UTC date to server

Enter a date and/or time, click 'send to server'. This will:

• convert the input date/time to a UTC timestamp
• send it to a server
• receive the timestamp back (from the server)
• convert the received timestamp to the local date/time

NOTE: This is very outdatet. It was testing the late v8cgi (aka teajs) google code library.
